Crushed at our certified organic mill in Tunisia using ripe, whole, freshly picked cayenne chilis and early harvest Chetoui olives. Both are blended together fro 30 minutes, allowing the essential oils from the pepper to blend properly with the olives. The oil is then spun through a centrifuge to remove solids and moisture, decanted and filtered.
Beautiful for any egg preparation, salsa, seafood, beef, chicken, pork or cooked greens. Try on some avocado toast!
