Local Pickup and Delivery

Holiday 2024/25 Pickup Notice:

Locopops-Durham is closed from 12/23/24-1/12/25  ALL pickup orders between 12/23/24 and 1/15/25 will be avaiable for pickup at Locopops on Friday Jan 17, 2025. If you would like to pick up earlier, pickups are available at our home base in Efland. Please take note and order for "EFLAND" when checking out.

Pickups- Durham, NC (Locopops)

Every item in our inventory is available for free pickup at Locopops. You will be prompted at checkout to choose between "SHIP" or "PICKUP IN STORE" at checkout.

  • Pickup is available every Friday from 2pm-7pm at Locopops-Durham located at 2618 Hillsborough Rd Durham, NC 27705. (Locopops has seasonal hours and may be open later than 7pm during warm weather. Please check with Locopops before arriving later than 7pm)
  • Orders placed before 9:59pm (EST) Wednesday will be available for pickup Friday of that week. You will receive pickup notification via email 24 hours in advance when your order is ready (please add hello@bullcityoliveoil.com to your address book to avoid missed notifications and check your spam/junk folders.) 
  • Once your items are delivered to Locopops, neither Bull City Olive Oil nor Locopops are responsible for items not picked up, damaged, lost, stolen, etc... on pickup date. We reserve the right to limit the number of items per pickup or to refuse pickup service.

Please be respectful of the limited space available at Locopops, their staff and customers. They offer their location for your convenience and are not a part of Bull City Olive Oil or our policies.  

Pickups- Efland, NC

Pickups are available for no charge at our home base in Efland, NC upon request. 

Local Delivery* (paused Oct 2024 - Jan 2025 due to increased order volume)

We are pleased to offer free delivery with minimum purchase of $25 to the following zipcodes: 27243, 27278, 27510, 27514.

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Deliveries are available weekdays between 11am-4pm.
  • If your address falls outside of Orange County, NC (Durham, Chatham, Alamance and surrounding counties), we reserve the right to charge an extra delivery fee. Please see map of Orange County, NC below:
  • Once your order is processed you will receive email notification one day prior to delivery. Please add hello@bullcityoliveoil.com to your address book to avoid missed notifications.
  • If you would like to request a specific delivery date, please contact us to make arrangements.  https://www.bullcityoliveoil.com/pages/get-in-touch 
  • If product is undeliverable (incorrect address, unable to contact, etc...) another delivery attempt will not be made. Delivery fee is non-refundable.  If you are not going to be available on delivery day, please notify us in advance for alternate options. Due to occasional mobility issues, we may not always be able to navigate in certain conditions (uneven or blocked pathways/walkways,multiple levels/stairs, etc...) Should that be the case we will notify you upon arrival of your packages. 
  • Delivery prices do not apply to bulk/corporate/special event orders. Please contact us for applicable rates.
